DDR would like to welcome our newest employees Carmen and Jaclyn to the team. Carmen comes on board as a Contracts Administrator with a goal to become a strong female Aboriginal leader that empowers and mentors’ colleagues to be successful both professionally and personally. Jaclyn has joined the team as a Project Administrator and wants to take on a leadership role and mentor younger Indigenous and non-Indigenous employees, especially those who are new to the workforce. We wish them all the best with their journeys and can’t wait to see what they achieve within the business!
