Indigenous Engagement

As a majority owned Indigenous business, we are committed to the genuine engagement of Indigenous people, ensuring that we establish a work environment that is welcoming, respectful and understanding of Indigenous culture. We are passionate about creating opportunities for Indigenous employees and empowering them to develop skills for a long and successful career in the Australian construction industry.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals who share our values and will drive a successful outcome for the business and the community that it supports. We strongly encourage Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants to apply.

Our requirements

Due to the large geographical footprint of DDR projects you will require a C Class drivers licence.

One of the industries we work with is Defence, so this means you must have the ability to obtain police clearance in order to access a security pass for site entry.
