Aboriginal Engagement Panel

DDR Australia and Duratec recently held a management forum in Brisbane, where company leaders came together to share knowledge and discuss the businesses’ future.

DDR’s senior team members (pictured left) formed an Aboriginal Engagement Panel and chatted to staff, advising them on ways to engage with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, wherever they are located across the country.

Various talking points kickstarted valuable conversations, and gave managers the opportunity to ask questions about challenges faced when engaging Aboriginal people and businesses in their day-to-day dealings. The panel members said the forum was a great success.
