Project Description

RAAF Learmonth, also known as Learmonth Airport, is a joint use Royal Australian Air Force base and civil airport.

The scope of works included building refurbishment works including but not limited to:

      • Testing for the presence of lead and asbestos.
      • Repair, patching and painting of cracks.
      • Internal painting of walls, ceilings, doors.
      • Removal of redundant fixings.
      • The above was undertaken at four existing married quarters at RAAF Learmonth.
