RAAF Learmonth, also known as Learmonth Airport, is a joint use Royal Australian Air Force base and civil airport.
The scope of works included building refurbishment works including but not limited to:

- Testing for the presence of lead and asbestos.
- Repair, patching and painting of cracks.
- Internal painting of walls, ceilings, doors.
- Removal of redundant fixings.
- The above was undertaken at four existing married quarters at RAAF Learmonth.
