Acknowledgement of Country

Defence’s Reconciliation Action Plan (D-RAP) includes the installation of Acknowledgement of Country (AoC) plaques on Defence establishments across Australia.

DDR was engaged by the E&IG Reconciliation Action Plan Project Team to manufacture the plaques, which pay respect to the Language Group where each Defence base is located. The plaques will be displayed in significant areas on each site.
The plaques will be displayed in prominent locations and were manufactured from brushed stainless steel to withstand the seasons and minimise corrosion.
