Our requirements

Due to the large geographical footprint of DDR projects you will require a C Class drivers licence.

One of the industries we work with is Defence, so this means you must have the ability to obtain police clearance in order to access a security pass for site entry.

Our commitment to you

We want to be part of your career journey, no matter what level or stage you are at.

We are committed to providing you with career development and growth opportunities and we offer a variety of traineeships and apprenticeships.

Our experienced team, including our Indigenous Engagement Manager, will be available to mentor you and provide the ongoing support you need to get to where you want to be.

We currently have a number of trainees in estimating, administration, engineering and civil construction and due to the broad range of projects we work on and industries we support, we can offer a mix of on the job training and exposure, as well as classroom based learning.

Our Graduation Program provides a pathway into a successful career, via a well-structured training and mentorship framework. The two-year structured program provides exposure to all areas of the business with ongoing mentoring from our experienced staff members.
