Refurbishment works to 13 buildings including patching and repainting of internal surfaces, replacement of floorcoverings and skirtings, bathroom refurbishments, replacement of HVAC plant equipment with reuse of existing ductwork. Restoration of Petroleum Operations Cleaning Facility to be a fit-for-purpose, safe and compliant workspace to perform fuel bladder cleaning operations including concrete remediation and new concrete works, demolition of existing equipment, provision of new equipment, provision of new wastewater treatment system and new electrical works. Demolition of bitumen and light poles and the construction of a new playing field in the existing Pearson Oval with irrigation throughout.
