The renewal of both internal and external assets to prolong usability and maintain capability of Defence operations.
SCOPE OF WORKS
External works included roof recladding, replacement of damaged gutters, extension of the existing central courtyard concrete slab, installation of new shade sails, relocation of Barbeque areas and installation of underground grease arrestor. Internal works included the refurbishment of wet areas and replacement of HVAC system including the Building Management System. Bluey’s Bar remained operational throughout the construction period. Works near airside were an added risk to this project.
