The Royal Military College in Duntroon is the Australian Army’s officer training establishment.
DDR were engaged to refurbish the heritage significant Cadets Mess Building adjacent to the historic military parade grounds.
The scope of works included:
- Lead paint removal.
- ACM removal.
- Heritage restoration works.
- Structural amendments.
- Removal and installation of new HVAC.
- Removal and installation of new commercial kitchen.
- DDA compliance upgrades and associated ramps and structures.
- Amenities upgrades inclusive of DDA requirements.
- Heritage roof removal, restoration and re-instatement.
- New commercial kitchen loading dock and structure.
